Rhipsalis burchellii | Coral Cactus
Height: 20cm
Pot size: 12cm (I fit in pots with an opening of 12.5cm or above)
This characterful houseplant is an epiphytic jungle cactus (meaning it grows on the branches/trunks of trees), native to Brazil. With compact, chubby, jointed stems covered in fine hairs, it's a true oddity - one sure to add bags of character to your living space. It's also incredibly easygoing, able to withstand neglect and thrive with little special care.
Unlike their desert-dwelling relatives, they do not like direct sun and need regular watering if they are to look their best.
Care:
💧 Water when the top 50-75% of the soil has dried
🌞 I do best in bright, indirect light
🐶🐱 Toxic if consumed - keep me out of reach!
Your plant
I try my best to make sure my photos reflect what you will receive, however every plant is unique and so there will be some differences. Plants, like people, are all different, and that’s what makes them beautiful 🥰
